Haha I wouldn't really count cheesecake, but I do love that.
I love this dirt cake that my mother makes, it's yellow cake pieces in a bowl with pudding, whipped cream, Oreo cookie pieces and gummy worms. It's delicious.

*drool* There's to many to name! Plain vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cheesecake, fudge, velvet. XD
I'm currently in love with one called Volcano Cake. You should try it. Just make some regular batter (like chocolate), put it in a pan, then dump some frosting-stuffs (chocolate and cream cheese work well) into the middle of the batter. Bake. Eat. ENJOY!!! Yuuummie. *more drool*
