Shoutbox + Postcount for SPAM.

Okay I've succesfully managed to add the wanted shoutbox at top of the forum. It loosk good and is able to be minimized and moderated. Now use it or I will hunt you down \m/.

I've also decided to enable postcount increase in the SPAM and FUN forums. Might get more peopel posting, since everyone is postcount horny.

I don't care much about postcount, either way. Some people just postwhore to increase their counts anyway.

hmm, cant say i really understand what you 2 talking about but good update anyway

and xarim change the shoutbox to how it was.. its kinda hard to say what people are talking when it just shows one...
