Phoenix: Awesome pop/rock band, check out "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix"
The XX: Only have one album, which has great melodies but is kinda hit or miss
Editors: Not a fan of their sound, last album was godawful
Thirty Seconds To Mars: Don't really listen to them but I like their singles
Rise Against: Great hard rock band, don't listen to them much though
LCD Soundsystem: A bit too dance-y, disco-ish, but they have a lot of really great songs
The Gaslight Anthem: Fucking great modern rock, check out "The '59 Sound"
The Ting Tings: One of the few female-vocal bands I can bare with, their album was pretty ok pop
Them Crooked Vultures: QOTSA+Foo Fighters+Led Zep, fantastic album and awesome we have them now QOTSA is taking it easy. Check out their self-titled album
Alice In Chains: One of the four big grunge bands, this one is more metal-ish. Don't really listened to them much but now I'm gonna
